Netscape
3.1.1 -
With XWindows Netscape Navigator 1.1N, forms output (for example
tab-delimited or Codata output format) cannot be mailed with
"Mail Document...". Instead of the forms output appearing on the
screen, the main LOOKUP URL (which appears in the Location window) is mailed
instead.

(dwmerrill@lbl.gov 7/19/95)
The problem does not occur with "Save As..." or "Print...".
To save the forms output appearing on the screen,
specify Format for Saved Document = "Source", and specify a valid output file
name in the Selection window.
This problem occurs with LOOKUP 1.3.0b.
Can anyone confirm that this problem exists with applications other than
LOOKUP?
Does this problem exist with versions of Netscape other than Xwindows
Netscape Navigator 1.1N?

From your browser menus, choose "View Source;"
or make your fixed-size-font smaller;
or choose a LOOKUP output format other than HTML;
or use another browser.
Lynx
3.3.1 -
Filling out a form in Lynx, it is difficult to get to the
"SUBMIT" or "SEND" button because a vertical scroll bar is unavailable.
(dwmerrill@lbl.gov 5/5/95)
This is a fundamental limitation of non-GUI browsers.
If you are in a text box, move out of it by hitting "up arrow"
as many times as required. Then type "/submit" or "/send" to get to the
"SUBMIT" or "SEND" button.
