DBXMAKE
     =======

        This program makes a b+tree file from the dblocat.dat file

     for use in the SEEDIS program extract.  The dat file normally

     resides in sy$seedis:[seedis.extract].
  

     After editing the file, it must be run through DBXMAKE to create the

     B+tree file for use in extract.  The file will have an extention *.dbx.

     The program resides in sy$seedis:[seedis.btree].  After making the

     b+tree file, it may be looked at by executing sy$seedis:[seedis.btree]

     bt_look.exe.
