You may use the RESTRICTED data only in the LBL computer, and only with prior permission from Deane Merrill. Send e-mail to dwmerrill@lbl.gov. You may publish summary results obtained from the data, but you may not copy the data in any format that would permit derivation of the original data.
With prior permission from Deane Merrill, only persons connected with LBL or UC DATA may make temporary personal copies of the RESTRICTED data for specific research purposes. When your work is completed you must delete your temporary copies of those files.
Other persons wishing to use the RESTRICTED data outside LBL must obtain written permission from the vendor to do so. The written authorization should be faxed to Deane Merrill at 510-486-6363 (with an electronic message to dwmerrill@lbl.gov).
