unresolved problems

  1. 1980 STF3 gss series 1 s17 c001 ndx file (on petrush 34879) is missing.
    1980 STF3 gss series 2 s17 c001 ndx file (on petrush 07165) is OK.

resolved problems

  1. Some GSS files (tar.gss) created by petrushko were not world readable.
    Fixed on 4/14/96.
